The raw materials obtain from local or overseas supplier by following customer waste acceptance criteria.

To sorting and arrange the material according to type and to dismantle the plastic component and also remove the sticker or label.

To crush the plastic components into plastic flakes form.

To check the crushed plastic flakes size follow the standard. If the Crushed plastic flakes is too big, it will need to re-crush again to meet the standard size.

To melt the crushed plastic flakes and transform in into plastic pellet form.

To check the pelletized plastic pellet size follow the standard. If the pelletized plastic pellet is too big, it will need to re-crush again and need to extrude again to meet the standard size.

To check the pelletized plastic pellet size, colour and material properties follow the standard. There are two type of material grade. The first grade is good material and the second grade is the reject material after final checking.
